"Toreador, prends ga-a-a-arde, toreador, toreadoooor". This opera from Bizet is one of the tunes I continually sing, out of the blue, for no reason but the pleasure of singing. The trouble is that I've known this Opera forever, I trace it back to a CD my dad bought once and that I have lost in the meantime (don't tell him, I've always denied it). I would love to see it on a special stage: Verona. I can also settle down for Avenches and its arena here in Switzerland, it would be a perfect start before seing it in more grandiose location.
